Job Description:

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in technology, HR consulting, and staff augmentation services

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships

  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new clients

  • Collaborate with internal teams—including software development, HR, and consulting—to design customized client solutions

  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve assigned revenue and growth targets

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities using CRM and reporting tools

  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry forums to expand brand visibility and generate leads

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to influence and engage clients effectively

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and business development targets

  • Ability to build trust, maintain strong client relationships, and drive long-term partnerships

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in pursuing new business opportunities

  • Familiarity with technology solutions, HR consulting, and staff augmentation services is an added advantage

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (experience in tech/consulting preferred).
