Job Description:
We are seeking a heavyweight Senior B2B Sales Leader to act as a strategic extension of the Founder. This is not a high-volume "lead-gen" or SDR role; it is a high-stakes, hands-on mandate focused on the art of the Enterprise Close.
You will be responsible for navigating the labyrinth of C-suite decision-making, procurement hurdles, and long-cycle negotiations to secure high-value partnerships. We need a "closer" who can walk into a boardroom, engage a CEO or VP of Operations as a peer, and structure commercial terms that align with multi-year growth objectives. If you thrive on the complexity of infrastructure or service-based enterprise deals and possess the grit to own a deal from initial outreach to final signature, this is your seat at the table.
Requirements:
1. High-Stakes Deal Orchestration
End-to-End Ownership: Lead the entire lifecycle of strategic partnership discussions, moving from first-contact to pilot structuring and final enterprise-wide agreement.
C-Suite Engagement: Confidently engage and negotiate with CEOs, Heads of Operations, and VPs, acting as a trusted advisor rather than just a vendor.
Complex Structuring: Design win-win commercial terms, navigating procurement structures and legal hurdles to close deals that are both scalable and sustainable.
2. Founder-Proxy & Strategic Prioritization
Market Intelligence: Act as the "eyes and ears" in the field, providing the Founder with strategic feedback on pricing, product gaps, and competitive shifts.
Account Qualification: Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities that align with the company’s long-term scaling objectives, ensuring resources are focused on "whales," not "minnows."
Relationship Continuity: Ensure a seamless post-close handover to the operations team while maintaining the executive-level relationship to drive future account expansion.
3. Commercial Governance & Negotiation
Pilot-to-Scale Transition: Structure pilot programs with clear success metrics that provide an undeniable pathway to full-scale commercial adoption.
Autonomy & Accountability: Operate with minimal supervision, taking full responsibility for the health of the enterprise pipeline and the accuracy of sales forecasting.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in B2B enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development.
Track Record: A proven history of personally closing high-value, complex deals (infrastructure, services, or complex B2B solutions).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering. An MBA or advanced degree is considered a significant advantage.
Environment: Experience in startups or high-growth environments where speed and adaptability are critical.
