Job Description:

Flutterwave is looking for a stellar candidate to join our Liquidity Management team. We are on a mission to make regional financial systems programmable, and you will play a critical role in ensuring optimal liquidity flows for regional payment processing. Requirements:

• Liquidity Monitoring: Monitor and analyze cash flow trends across all Flutterwave products.

• Risk Management: Quantify liquidity risk and conduct in-depth analyses to inform strategic business decisions.

• Treasury Operations: Manage fund movements across various operating bank accounts and handle payment-related tasks, including customer inquiries and requests for information.

• Reporting & Visualization: Create and utilize dashboards to communicate liquidity metrics for day-to-day management and long-term trend analysis. Prepare and present reports on financial performance to senior management.

• Process Development: Draft and review Treasury procedures and conduct training sessions for the Operations Team to ensure standard excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 5–9 years of experience in Treasury, Liquidity Operations, or Financial Operations.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, with a high aptitude for report writing, data visualization, and attention to detail.

• Soft Skills: Proven client engagement experience, project management abilities, and strong presentation skills.

• Mindset: Intellectual curiosity about payments technology, passion for process improvement, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams from ideation to solution.

• Adaptability: Highly comfortable working in a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup environment where ambiguity and change are the norm.

• Communication: Ability to manage proactive and reactive tasks while building strong relationships with stakeholders ranging from senior executives to engineering teams.
