Job Description:

Inspirive Technologies is seeking a high-caliber Senior Accountant to lead our fiscal operations and provide the data-driven insights necessary for our next phase of growth. This is a role for a seasoned professional who moves beyond simple data entry to own the entire financial lifecycle of the organization.

You will be the architect of our financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. We need an independent, analytical thinker who can manage complex reconciliations while simultaneously advising leadership on cash flow optimization and strategic risk. Requirements:

1. Financial Governance & Reporting

• Full-Cycle Accounting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring all transactions are captured according to international accounting standards.

• Consolidated Reporting: Produce comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements that provide a transparent view of the company’s health.

• Audit & Tax Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure 100% compliance.

2. Strategic Planning & Cash Flow Management

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and develop rolling forecasts to align departmental spending with corporate objectives.

• Liquidity Optimization: Monitor real-time cash flow and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) cycles to maintain healthy working capital.

• Decision Support: Provide leadership with variance analysis and "what-if" financial modeling to support strategic business expansions or investments.

3. Operational Excellence & Internal Controls

• Process Engineering: Identify bottlenecks in the current accounting workflow and implement automation or policy changes to enhance efficiency.

• Internal Auditing: Enforce strict internal controls and documentation standards to mitigate risk and prevent financial leakage.

• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate financial performance and requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant, progressive accounting experience.

• Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Accounting Software (e.g., Sage, Odoo, SAP, or QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel (Macro/VBA knowledge is a plus).

• Analytical Grit: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify anomalies in large datasets.
