Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Savings and Mobilization Officer to anchor the growth engine of our financial services team in Satellite Town. This role is designed for a "Liquidity Architect", specifically a professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in Microfinance or Sales—who can blend "Field Grit" (conducting market visits and community outreach) with the "Technical Agility" required to manage daily remittances and collection reporting.
