We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- We are looking for a Fresh Graduate and business-oriented Sales Officer who will deploy strategies to obtain sales leads and develop relationships with key accounts to maximise revenue and client retention.
Responsibilities
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Implement customer engagement strategies to build loyalty and retention
- Provide regular sales and marketing reports, analytics, and insights to support business decisions
- Negotiate and close sales deals to contribute to the achievement of team and departmental targets
- Maintain relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business opportunities
- Address and escalate customer complaints as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or relevant field
- Fresh Graduate.
