We are a growing consumer lending organization looking for energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Officers to expand our footprint. This is a field-based, high-impact role where you will be the face of our company, driving loan product adoption among salary earners. Requirements:
Lead Generation & Sales: Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and initial engagement to the final disbursement of loans.
Field Marketing: Actively market loan products to salary earners through field visits, corporate outreach, and networking.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong referral networks to ensure consistent business growth and client retention.
Target Achievement: Execute daily and weekly activity plans to meet or exceed monthly portfolio and sales targets.
Compliance & Reporting: Maintain high standards of documentation, adhere to credit policies, and submit timely reports on all sales activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Junior Level: Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. (Sales experience is an added advantage but not mandatory).
Experienced Level: 1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within lending, microfinance, banking, or insurance.
