Job Description:

  • The Sales & Marketing Staff is responsible for promoting the company’s products and services, generating leads, increasing sales revenue, maintaining customer relationships, and executing marketing strategies to grow the products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business.
  • Present, promote, and sell company products/services.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and follow up on customer inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and customers database.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with wholesalers.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends for products upgrade.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Promote products through social media, online platforms, and offline channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and opportunities.
  • Create promotional materials such as flyers, banners, and adverts.
  • Manage the company’s brand image and awareness.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
  • Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Coordinate with other departments (operations, finance, customer service).
  • Ensure timely response to customer complaints and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Bachelors’ Degree in in Marketing, Business Management.
  • Proven experience in sales/marketing
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet periodical targets.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented.
