Requirements:
1. Market Penetration & Business Development
Active Prospecting: Market and sell the full suite of Stanbic IBTC Insurance products to new and existing clients across Lagos.
Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through aggressive networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
Presentations & Demos: Conduct professional client presentations and product demonstrations, translating complex insurance terms into clear value propositions.
2. Relationship Management & Retention
Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted financial advisor.
After-Sales Excellence: Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and high policy renewal rates.
Record Governance: Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using digital tools and smartphones.
3. Target Achievement & Strategy
Sales Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Collaborative Growth: Work closely with team leads to refine sales strategies and adapt to market shifts in the Lagos terrain.
Professional Discipline: Maintain a high level of daily sales activity, ensuring a healthy pipeline of prospective business.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: OND, HND, or BSc in any field of study.
Experience: 0 – 1 year of experience in sales or marketing (Fresh graduates with a hunger for sales are encouraged to apply).
Age: Must be 25 years of age or older.
Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and possession of a functional smartphone.
Core Competencies
Communication Mastery: Excellent verbal and written skills to engage diverse client profiles.
Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to persuade and close deals in a competitive market.
Local Intelligence: Good knowledge of the Lagos terrain and local business networks.
