Job Description:
- We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team.
- The ideal candidate should have an understanding of sales strategies, marketing techniques, and customer engagement to drive product awareness and increase revenue. Real estate experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers and business clients.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Schedule and conduct product presentations or demos.
- Work towards meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Gather customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Support content creation for social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
- Analyze competitor strategies and identify new market opportunities.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and conferences.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer preferences.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to multitask.
Beneficial:
- Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or account management.
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C sales strategies.
- Understanding of social media and online marketing campaigns.
- Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or tech-related industries is a plus.
Salary
