Job Description:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive sustainable business growth within the animal feed market.
- Utilize existing industry networks to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across livestock producers, commercial farms, distributors, and agro-dealers.
- Manage key accounts by building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with distributors, dealers, and large-scale farmers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing structures, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, periodic performance reports, and market analysis to management.
- Lead negotiations, structure commercial agreements, and close high-value sales transactions.
- Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and optimal customer satisfaction.
