Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Sales Executive to anchor the growth engine of Ruach Networks. In a specialized digital landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the connection and the precision of the cloud architecture success is defined by "Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize proactive lead generation with the clinical precision required for Technical Presentations, VoIP Negotiations, and Connectivity Sales. This role is designed for a "Revenue Architect" with a Bachelor’s degree/HND and at least 2 years of experience (preferably in Telecoms or IT) who can blend "Relational Grit" (building long-term client trust) with the "Strategic Agility" required to sell complex cloud and hosting solutions.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Pipeline Governance
Opportunity Sovereignty: Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets, acting as the primary "Source of Market Penetration."
Technical Architecture: Promote and sell connectivity, cloud, and VoIP solutions with millimetric focus, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a high-fidelity digital infrastructure.
Integrity Stewardship: Conduct sales presentations and proposals that align with client-specific needs, ensuring the "Source of Brand Representation" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Conversion Logic
Relationship Sovereignty: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, acting as the primary "Source of Customer Lifetime Value."
Target Architecture: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales benchmarks, providing the "Functional Foundation" for Ruach Networks' expansion.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Familiarity with Cloud and Telecoms to resolve client technical concerns in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Commercial Throughput."
3. Operational Integrity & Influence Power
Negotiation Sovereignty: Navigate complex IT and hosting contracts with elite communication skills, acting as the primary "Source of Deal Closure."
Market Architecture: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings, providing the "Relational Foundation" for a competitive sales strategy.
Execution Power: Operate within a dynamic and innovative tech environment to drive revenue growth, maintaining the "Source of Operational Readiness."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales (Telecoms, ISP, Hosting, or IT services background preferred).
Technical Power: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Added Value: Familiarity with Digital Products, Cloud Services, or Telecom Infrastructure.
