Requirements:
Lead Generation: Proactively hunt for new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and aggressive prospecting.
Property Advocacy: Market and promote our real estate portfolio, conducting professional property inspections and presentations that convert prospects into homeowners/investors.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture a high-value pipeline of existing and potential customers, providing top-tier service at every stage of the journey.
Deal Closing: Master the art of negotiation to secure sales transactions that meet or exceed monthly targets.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve on market trends, property values, and competitive offerings to remain a trusted advisor to your clients.
Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of your sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of an OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline.
Experience: Proven track record in sales. We highly value candidates with experience in Real Estate, Marketing, Insurance, Banking, or related high-performance fields.
