Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Sales Executive to anchor the acquisition engine of our firm in Lekki. In a specialized financial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the lead conversion and the precision of the loan cycle success is defined by "Market Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize proactive lead generation with the clinical precision required for Contract Negotiation, Portfolio Reporting, and Technical Client Assessments. This role is designed for an "Acquisition Architect" specifically a senior professional with at least 5 years of experience in Banking or Microfinance who can blend "Commercial Grit" (closing deals that align with company goals) with the "Analytical Agility" required to execute Weekly Performance Reporting and Loan Cycle Optimization.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Acquisition Governance

  • Sovereignty of the Lead: Proactively generate quality leads and convert them into profitable sales, acting as the primary "Source of Portfolio Growth."

  • Presentation Architecture: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, providing the "Structural Foundation" for brand credibility and client onboarding.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Data" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Transactional Logic

  • Negotiation Sovereignty: Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with company goals, acting as the primary "Source of Profitable Expansion."

  • Reporting Architecture: Prepare accurate weekly and monthly sales performance reports, providing the "Functional Foundation" for strategic performance tracking.

  • Collaboration Stewardship: Align sales efforts with promotional campaigns in partnership with marketing, maintaining the "Source of Unified Brand Momentum."

3. Operational Integrity & Advisory Power

  • Advisory Sovereignty: Conduct client visits to assess needs and provide tailored financial solutions, acting as the primary "Source of Strategic Value."

  • Response Architecture: Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries on pricing and availability, providing the "Relational Foundation" for customer satisfaction.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 5+ years of Financial Sector expertise to accelerate the "Inquiry-to-Disbursement" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Capital Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within Commercial Banks, Microfinance Banks, or Finance firms.

  • Technical Power: Deep understanding of the Loan Sales Cycle and customer engagement processes.

  • Software Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.

  • Verification: Must have verifiable experience and references within the financial industry.
