Requirements:
Business Development: Proactively identify and engage potential customers through various channels to expand our market reach.
Product Advocacy: Deeply understand our products/services to effectively present, promote, and sell them to prospective clients.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term professional relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets through persistent effort and effective closing techniques.
Market Insight: Act as the voice of the customer by providing valuable market feedback, competitive insights, and trend observations to the management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: BA, BSc, or HND in any discipline. We value diverse perspectives and transferable skills over specific academic backgrounds.
Experience: 0–3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, retail, or related fields. We are looking for potential, coachability, and drive.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
Soft Skills: Highly persuasive, resilient in the face of rejection, and self-motivated.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing digital tools and platforms, essential for our hybrid work model.
Location: Candidates must be based in or willing to work within Abuja, Lagos, or Rivers State.
