Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Sales & Business Development Officer to anchor the growth engine of our operations within the Energy and Logistics sectors. In a specialized industrial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the acquisition and the precision of the service delivery success is defined by "Commercial Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize proactive selling with the clinical precision required for Strategic Sales Initiatives, Client Relationship Management, and Market Expansion. This role is designed for a "Commercial Architect" who can blend "Industrial Grit" (negotiating deals in energy and logistics) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute Market Research and Internal Team Collaboration.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Growth Governance

  • Sovereignty of the Pipeline: Drive sales and identify new opportunities with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Market Expansion."

  • Strategy Architecture: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational targets, providing the "Structural Foundation" for sustainable growth.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities, ensuring the "Source of Corporate Reputation" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Relational Logic

  • Relationship Sovereignty: Build and maintain high-fidelity ties with clients and partners, acting as the primary "Source of Long-term Retention."

  • Negotiation Architecture: Negotiate deals and prepare high-standard sales proposals, providing the "Functional Foundation" for profitable contract acquisition.

3. Operational Integrity & Solution Power

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Salary: ₦150,000 per month.
