Job Description:

• We are seeking smart, energetic, and goal-driven individuals to join our growing team as Sales & Marketing Field Agents / Field Officers.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and onboard new customers for savings, loans, and MiCash products
• Carry out daily field marketing and community engagement
• Educate customers on MiCash services and daily contribution plans
• Manage assigned customers and ensure daily collections
• Meet daily and monthly sales/transaction targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Submit daily activity and transaction reports

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE (OND/HND/BSc is an added advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Basic knowledge of sales or marketing (experience is an advantage)
• Must be trustworthy, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Smartphone literacy is required.
