Job Description:
- Generate and qualify new leads through outbound outreach, manage the sales pipeline using CRM, and close deals to hit monthly revenue targets.
- Develop, write, and execute segmented email campaigns to nurture prospects and drive high conversion rates.
- Plan and create engaging organic content (text, graphics, video) across key social platforms to build brand awareness and community.
- Monitor all performance KPIs (CTR, engagement, conversion rates) and adjust strategies for continuous optimization.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a Sales, Marketing, or Business Development role.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a performance-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing platforms.
- Exceptional writing skills for persuasive sales copy and professional correspondence.
