Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and intellectually elite Risk Analyst to anchor the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) engine of the organization. In a specialized corporate landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the foresight and the precision of the mitigation success is defined by "Risk Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize strategic objectives with the clinical precision required for Scenario Analysis, KRI Monitoring, and Stress Testing. This role is designed for a "Resilience Architect" with a First Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics and 2–3 years of internal control experience who can blend "Analytical Grit" (evaluating complex risk scenarios) with the "Strategic Agility" required to integrate risk management into core business planning.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & ERM Governance

• Appetite Sovereignty: Track risk exposure against defined thresholds and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), acting as the primary "Source of Organizational Boundaries."

• Register Architecture: Develop and maintain high-fidelity enterprise risk registers, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a holistic view of institutional threats.

• Integrity Stewardship: Support compliance with risk governance standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Safety" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Diagnostic Logic

• Diagnostic Sovereignty: Perform rigorous risk analysis, including likelihood and impact assessments, acting as the primary "Source of Diagnostic Precision."

• Mitigation Architecture: Recommend and track high-fidelity mitigation strategies, providing the "Functional Foundation" for de-risking operational and financial bottlenecks.

• Stress-Test Stewardship: Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing to evaluate potential impacts, maintaining the "Source of Forward-Looking Intelligence."

3. Operational Integrity & Cultural Power

• Engagement Sovereignty: Facilitate risk assessment workshops and engage stakeholders, acting as the primary "Source of Risk Awareness."

• Reporting Architecture: Prepare and present sophisticated risk dashboards and insights to management, providing the "Relational Foundation" for informed decision-making.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–3 years of internal control expertise to evaluate control effectiveness and trend analysis, maximizing the "Source of Strategic Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: First Degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience: 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in internal control or an ERM-focused role.

• Technical Power: Strong Data Analysis skills and mastery of ERM frameworks (e.g., COSO or ISO 31000).

• Domain Mastery: Deep understanding of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and risk appetite concepts.
