Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Revenue Officer to oversee our end-to-end revenue cycle management. You will be responsible for managing patient billing, daily collections, and financial reconciliation processes. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, financial transparency, and seamless documentation of all transactions while providing excellent customer service to our patients and corporate partners.

Requirements:

  • Billing & Sales Management: Process patient billing and sales transactions efficiently using our ERP system.

  • Collections: Manage daily cash, card, and digital payment collections using POS machines and electronic payment gateways.

  • Reconciliation: Perform daily transaction reconciliation and generate accurate financial performance reports.

  • Payment Monitoring: Monitor incoming payments, verify accurate pricing, and ensure timely issuance of electronic receipts.

  • Receivables Tracking: Maintain organized records of accounts receivable, specifically managing claims and payments from partners like the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) and Corporate Health Funds (CHF).

  • Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for billing complaints, refund requests, and general payment inquiries.

  • Audit & Reporting: Proactively identify and report any financial discrepancies in daily transactions.

  • Data Integrity: Ensure meticulous capture of patient demographics and payment data to support organizational record-keeping.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in revenue management, billing, or general accounting.

  • Accounting Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of standard accounting principles, financial controls, and reconciliation processes.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Hands-on experience with ERP software (Enterprise Resource Planning).

    • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Tally.

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for reporting and data analysis).

  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and strong verbal/written communication capabilities.

Salary

₦150,000 - ₦200,000/month
