Job Description:

We are seeking a sophisticated and high-achieving Retail Premium Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with our high-value individual customers. In this role, you will serve as the primary advocate and strategic advisor for our premium retail segment, ensuring they receive a seamless, high-quality banking experience. You will bridge the gap between complex financial needs and personalized solutions, driving customer loyalty and portfolio growth while maintaining the highest standards of discretion and professional service.

The ideal candidate is a customer-focused professional with a deep understanding of retail banking products and the emotional intelligence required to manage high-net-worth relationships.

Requirements:

Relationship Management & Portfolio Growth

  • Primary Liaison: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of premium retail customers, handling all inquiries, service requests, and complex escalations.

  • Financial Advisory: Build deep relationships by understanding individual financial needs and recommending tailored banking solutions such as high-interest savings, premium cards, overdrafts, and investment opportunities.

  • Retention & Engagement: Proactively engage premium clients to drive product usage, ensure long-term retention, and identify cross-selling opportunities that align with their wealth goals.

Service Excellence & Customer Experience

  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring all queries are handled within defined premium service levels.

  • Onboarding & KYC: Support the seamless onboarding of new premium clients, ensuring all Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and activation processes are accurate and compliant.

  • Journey Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, from digital onboarding to in-person engagement, to ensure a world-class service delivery.

Reporting & Strategic Insight

  • Performance Tracking: Prepare and present periodic reports on portfolio performance, customer engagement trends, and satisfaction levels.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on emerging trends in retail banking and premium engagement strategies to proactively address service gaps.

  • Data Integrity: Maintain precise customer records to contribute to accurate profiling and segmentation strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

  • Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in retail banking, relationship management, or premium customer experience roles.

  • Product Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of retail banking products, including savings, credits, cards, and stocks.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Digital Literacy: Proficiency in CRM systems, core banking platforms, and modern digital banking tools.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret customer data and engagement trends to provide actionable insights.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage high-value clients effectively.
