Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on, and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Lekki Phase 1 location. You will be the heartbeat of the restaurant floor, ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service and that our team maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and quality. If you are a natural leader with a passion for hospitality, a sharp eye for operational detail, and the ability to inspire a team in a fast-paced environment, we want you to lead our front-of-house operations.

Requirements:

• Floor Leadership: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts and consistent service delivery.

• Team Management: Train, mentor, and supervise waitstaff, cashiers, and support team members. Foster a positive team culture and manage staff scheduling to ensure peak hours are always covered.

• Customer Excellence: Act as the primary point of contact for guest feedback. Ensure that every customer experience is welcoming, resolving any issues with professionalism and speed.

• Operational Standards: Maintain rigorous health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the dining and service areas. Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and service protocols are followed.

• Financial Oversight: Manage daily cash reconciliations, oversee inventory checks, and assist with stock ordering to minimize waste and ensure product availability.

• Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance, staff attendance, and any operational challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant, hospitality, or catering industry.
