Job Description:

We are seeking a high-performing Restaurant General Manager to take full ownership of our daily operations. In this role, your primary objective is to deliver an unparalleled guest experience while maintaining peak efficiency across production, productivity, and service standards.

As the General Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the establishment balancing financial management and strategic marketing with hands-on team leadership. Requirements:

Operational & Quality Excellence

• Service Oversight: Manage daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of food and beverages.

• Standards Compliance: Rigorously enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for hygiene, food safety, and health regulations.

• Supply Chain: Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the seamless procurement of raw materials and equipment.

• Sustainability: Implement and monitor initiatives focused on energy conservation and waste reduction.

Financial & Strategic Management

• Profitability: Prepare and manage the restaurant budget, monitoring revenue and expenses to maximize margins.

• Data Analysis: Review financial reports (sales, labor, and operational costs) to identify trends and execute cost-control strategies.

• Sales Growth: Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns, menu launches, and social media strategies to drive traffic and brand presence.

Leadership & Team Development

• Talent Management: Recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing team aligned with the restaurant’s core values.

• Mentorship: Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing the coaching and feedback necessary for professional growth.

• Scheduling: Design efficient employee rosters that balance operational needs with staff satisfaction.

Guest Experience & Menu Innovation

• Customer Satisfaction: Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints with professional diplomacy to maintain a stellar reputation.

• Menu Collaboration: Partner with chefs to optimize the menu based on customer preferences and sales trends, ensuring the brand remains competitive.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

• Experience:

  • 3–5 years of management experience in a premium restaurant or hospitality setting.

  • Must-Have: Proven experience in a la carte dining and exposure to both local and international operational standards.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Restaurant Management Software (e.g., POS systems).

  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and revenue generation.

• Core Competencies:
