Job Description:

• Business Development: Identify and win new accounts while resuscitating dormant relationships to grow the bank's market share.

• Credit Structuring & Analysis: Assist in drafting Transaction Memos and structuring credit facilities in line with business potential and risk policies.

• Portfolio Monitoring: Book high-quality assets and maintain rigorous monitoring to ensure early detection and prevention of defaults.

• Deposit Mobilization: Lead aggressive drives for deposit growth and trade transactions to meet branch targets.

• Relationship Management: Deepen relationships with existing and prospective clients by offering specialized financial solutions tailored to their needs.

• Product Innovation: Market existing bank products and initiate the development of new solutions based on customer feedback and market trends.

• Collaboration: Support the Business Manager in executing strategic team functions and ensuring operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Credit Mastery: Skilled in credit assessment, deal structuring, and financial analysis.

• Sales & Marketing: Proven track record in marketing, sales, and strategic business planning.

• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional networking, negotiation, and people management abilities.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical reasoning, excellent written/oral communication, and proficiency in IT/Computer tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of a First Degree (B.Sc. or HND) in any discipline, preferably in a business-related field. Higher degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CIBN, ICAN) are an added advantage.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant banking experience with a focus on marketing and credit.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Credit/Risk Management, banking policies, and the Nigerian business environment.
