Job Description:
Portfolio Management: Serve as the primary daily service contact for clients, resolving inquiries and maintaining seamless communication.
Client Retention Strategy: Actively support and execute strategies to keep customers engaged and satisfied with the bank’s services.
Account Analysis: Regularly conduct account reviews to monitor usage trends, identify customer needs, and track performance data.
Product Marketing: Drive revenue by marketing the bank's diverse financial products and identifying opportunities to develop new solutions tailored to client requirements.
Data Integrity: Meticulously track and update customer information to ensure the bank’s records are accurate and actionable.
Information Security: Comply with the bank’s Information Security Handbook to maintain the absolute confidentiality and security of all client data.
Operational Support: Collaborate with the Business Manager to achieve unit targets and perform assigned administrative duties.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in banking, specifically within marketing or business development roles.
Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively within a team.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate customer data into business opportunities and product improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of a B.Sc. (Second Class Lower) or HND (Upper Credit) in any discipline.
Professional Edge: An MBA, ACCA, or relevant postgraduate degree is a significant advantage.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking products, customer service excellence, and information security principles.
