Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Receptionist to anchor the first point of contact and administrative engine of our Abuja office. In a specialized professional landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the service-relay and the precision of the brand-filter success is defined by "Front Office Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize high-end guest reception with the clinical precision required for Communication Management, Facility Governance, and Administrative Support. This role is designed for a "Gatekeeper Architect" specifically a professional with an OND/HND/BSc who can blend "Relational Grit" (managing inquiries with professionalism) with the "Operational Agility" required to execute Meeting Room Logistics and Correspondence Tracking.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Guest Governance

  • Sovereignty of the First Impression: Welcome and attend to clients and visitors with elite professionalism, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Authority."

  • Communication Architecture: Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries, providing the "Structural Foundation" for seamless institutional connectivity.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Ensure the reception area and the entire office remain clean, tidy, and presentable, ensuring the "Source of Workplace Environment" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Administrative Logic

  • Coordination Sovereignty: Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings, acting as the primary "Source of Time Efficiency."

  • Logistics Architecture: Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and deliveries with high-fidelity tracking, providing the "Functional Foundation" for record integrity.

  • Record Stewardship: Maintain office records and basic documentation, maintaining the "Source of Administrative Truth."

3. Operational Integrity & Support Power

  • Support Sovereignty: Provide proactive administrative assistance to staff, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Throughput."

  • Proximity Architecture: Maintain a consistent physical presence in the Abuja office, providing the "Relational Foundation" for daily office activities.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize Microsoft Office proficiency to accelerate the "Inquiry-to-Resolution" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Office Order."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.

  • Experience: Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role is a distinct advantage.

  • Technical Power: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with an elite focus on professional demeanor.

  • Proximity: Must reside in close proximity to the Abuja office location (Compulsory).
