Job Description:
Black Pelican Group is seeking a high-caliber Quality Assurance Specialist to anchor the technical and operational excellence of Bagno Technik. In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our premium standards, ensuring that every installation, maintenance service, and project delivery exceeds client expectations. You will not only monitor project quality but also lead and mentor the technical team, refining operational processes and enforcing the rigorous protocols that define our luxury brand. The ideal candidate is a strategic coordinator with a "zero-defect" mindset and the leadership experience to align field operations with corporate excellence.
Requirements:
1. Technical Governance & Project Oversight
Standard Enforcement: Lead the Bagno Technik team in executing high-precision installations for residential and commercial clients, ensuring 100% adherence to technical specifications.
Audit & Inspection: Conduct rigorous site audits and "walk-throughs" of ongoing projects to identify deviations from quality protocols before they reach the client.
Corrective Action: Identify service gaps or technical failures and immediately implement sustainable corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
2. Operational Excellence & Process Design
Workflow Optimization: Develop and implement robust QA processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance team efficiency and service accuracy.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with Sales and Project Management teams to ensure client requirements are perfectly translated into technical execution.
Performance Intelligence: Prepare analytical reports for senior management on team performance trends, quality metrics, and operational outcomes.
3. Team Leadership & Client Advocacy
Mentorship: Train and upskill technical team members on premium service standards, technical protocols, and client engagement excellence.
Resolution Management: Act as the final point of escalation for client feedback, coordinating with the field team to resolve technical or service issues with professional urgency.
Market Benchmarking: Stay ahead of industry trends and global best practices in luxury interior solutions to ensure Bagno Technik remains the market leader.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Academic: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related technical field.
Tenure: Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance, Operations Management, or Project Coordination.
Industry Context: Experience in high-end interiors, construction, or technical service management is highly desirable.
Core Competencies
Analytical Precision: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to diagnose process inefficiencies and implement improvements.
Leadership Mastery: Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating technical teams.
