Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and monitor the QA/QC plans for ongoing projects.
- Conduct inspections and tests on materials, equipment, and work to ensure compliance with approved specifications and standards.
- Maintain quality documentation, including test results, inspection reports, and non-conformance records.
- Coordinate with project teams, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality control procedures.
- Identify potential quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure continual improvement in quality management systems.
- Provide quality-related training and guidance to project personnel.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, construction codes, and standards.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and QA/QC-related software.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and quality control within the construction industry (infrastructure, road, and structural projects preferred).
- Certification in ISO 9001:2015 QMS, ASQ, or equivalent QA/QC qualification is mandatory.
