Job Description:

• Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans and procedures
• Conduct inspections and tests on materials, workmanship, and installations
• Review and approve method statements, ITPs, and quality documentation
• Monitor compliance with HSE and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and clients on quality issues
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, non-conformities, and corrective actions
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare and submit quality reports to management and clients
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of testing equipment
• Train site personnel on quality standards and procedures

Requirements:

• B.Sc / HND in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years QA/QC experience in construction or infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and relevant Nigerian building codes
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC documentation tools
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills
• COREN or NSE membership is an added advantage.
