Job Description:
We are seeking high-velocity and intellectually elite Graduate Associates to anchor the future leadership engine of PwC Nigeria. This role is designed for a "Leadership Architect", a fresh graduate with a minimum of a Second Class degree who can blend "Analytical Grit" (passing rigorous SHL and Cornerstone assessments) with the "Strategic Agility" required to evolve as a purpose-led, values-driven leader.

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of Second Class (Upper or Lower) or its equivalent.
Academic Foundation: Minimum of 5 O'Level credits in one sitting, including English Language and Mathematics.
Mandatory Requirement: Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
Location Note: Abuja applications are strictly restricted to the Assurance line of service; Lagos offers multi-service line opportunities.
