Job Description:
We are seeking a narrative-elite, media-savvy, and strategically rigorous Brand Governor to anchor the institutional immune system and storytelling engine of our organization. As Nigeria’s first MVNO, our market-entry is defined not just by connectivity, but by the strength of our communication-gravity. Success is defined by "Narrative Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex corporate messaging with the clinical precision required for Media-Relational Architecture, Crisis-Governance, and Brand-Awareness Stewardship. This role is designed as a "Communications Command Center" a critical residency for an ambitious PR professional who can blend "Storytelling Grit" (mastering the complexities of media/stakeholder relations) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Campaign Workflows.
Requirements:
1. Narrative Sovereignty & Strategy Architecture
Sovereignty of Voice: Develop and implement public relations strategies that promote our brand and digital services, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional-Messaging Throughput."
Strategy Architecture: Draft press releases, media statements, and corporate newsletters, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a consistent, high-impact brand presence.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure 100% adherence to consistent brand messaging across all channels, ensuring the "Source of Corporate-Identity Truth" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Governance Sovereignty & Stakeholder Logic
Relationship Sovereignty: Build and maintain connections with media outlets, journalists, and stakeholders, acting as the primary "Source of Information-Flow Momentum."
Strategy Architecture: Coordinate interviews, press briefings, and corporate events, providing the "Functional Foundation" for data-backed public engagement.
Crisis Stewardship: Manage crisis communication and respond to public inquiries with millimetric accuracy, maintaining the "Source of Reputation-Mitigation."
3. Operational Fidelity & Perception Power
Diagnostic Sovereignty: Monitor media coverage and analyze public perception data, acting as the primary "Source of Management-Insight."
Internal Architecture: Support internal communications to keep the company’s vision aligned with the external narrative, providing the "Relational Foundation" for seamless brand delivery.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Analytical-Expertise to accelerate the "Message-to-Market" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Organizational-Visibility Momentum."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of progressive experience in PR, corporate communications, or media relations.
Technical Power: Mastery of storytelling, media platform utilization, and digital communication strategy; ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Aptitude: Exceptional interpersonal, editing, and communication capabilities; ability to synthesize complex company goals into digestible narratives.
Mindset: Disciplined, relationship-driven, and ready to maintain "Brand Sovereignty" in the evolving digital connectivity landscape.
