Job Description:

As a Graduate Trainee, you will rotate through various departments (such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Human Resources) to gain a holistic understanding of our business. Your duties will include:

• Supporting departmental projects and achieving set performance targets.

• Assisting in data collection, analysis, and reporting for strategic decision-making.

• Participating in intensive technical and soft-skills training sessions.

• Collaborating with senior mentors to solve real-world business challenges.

• Delivering presentations and reports to management at the end of each rotation.

Requirements:

To be considered for this competitive program, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in any relevant field.

• Academic Excellence: Minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division (2:1).

• National Service: Must have successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program (Discharge Certificate required).

• Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
