We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive Project Manager, with an accounting background, to lead planning and execution of client and internal projects at Univista Media.
• You’ll work closely with creative, communication, and operations teams to deliver results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor media and communication projects.
• Coordinate teams, timelines, and deliverables to meet project goals.
• Liaise with clients, partners, and vendors to ensure satisfaction.
• Track budgets, report progress, and manage risks or bottlenecks.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure project quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management or coordination.
• Excellent multitasking, planning, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and client management abilities.
• Certification (PMP/PRINCE2) is an advantage.
