Job Description:

  • Coordinate internal resources, third parties, and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and within other established constraints.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project management plan to track progress.
  • Use appropriate verification and change control techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
  • Track and report the status of in-flight projects.
  • Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
  • Perform project reporting, including overall performance of the project and project completion documentation
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Manage and track project issues until resolution.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation based on the established frameworks in the Program Management Office (PgMO).

Requirements:

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 5 - 8 years experience.
