Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber and vision-driven Professional Graphics Designer to anchor the creative engine of the Havana Group. In a diversified portfolio environment, success is defined by "Brand Elasticity", the ability to maintain a consistent visual identity while tailoring high-impact designs for multiple industries, from digital campaigns to large-scale print media. This role is designed for a "Creative Lead" who can blend "Advanced Technical Artistry" with the "Strategic Grit" required to mentor junior talent and defend creative concepts to executive stakeholders.

Your mission is to ensure "Exceptional Visual Storytelling and Uncompromising Brand Integrity." You will be the primary steward of our aesthetic standards: responsible for leading visual concepts, overseeing high-fidelity layouts, and ensuring all assets are technically optimized for their destination. If you possess "Aesthetic Precision," mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, and a background in Creative Direction, we want you to drive our visual evolution.

Requirements:

1. Visual Concept Architecture & Campaign Leadership

• Creative Direction: Lead the ideation and creation of visual concepts for multi-channel marketing materials, ensuring alignment with diverse Havana Group project objectives.

• Asset Engineering: Design and oversee the production of high-quality illustrations, brochures, advertisements, and digital banners that engage and inspire.

• Brand Stewardship: Act as the guardian of brand guidelines, ensuring absolute consistency across all outputs and evolving the visual identity as the group expands.

2. Technical Production & Technical Pre-Press

• Output Optimization: Review and prepare final design files for print and digital use, maintaining a "Zero-Error" standard for resolution, color profiles (CMYK/RGB), and bleed margins.

• Multimedia Synergy: Support the development of campaign presentations and, where applicable, leverage skills in Motion Graphics and Video Editing to add dynamic value to digital promotions.

• Layout Mastery: Apply advanced principles of typography, visual hierarchy, and color theory to create layouts that guide the viewer’s eye and drive conversion.

3. Team Mentorship & Project Governance

• Creative Mentorship: Provide direction and constructive feedback to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high-quality output.

• Agile Management: Navigate a fast-paced environment by managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all milestones are met without sacrificing quality.

• Strategic Implementation: Interpret and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback, acting as a bridge between creative vision and business goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Proven track record in a graphic design or design leadership role.

• Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Portfolio Excellence: A diverse portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across various industries and media types.

Core Competencies
