Job Description:

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high product quality

• Develop, implement, and manage production schedules aligned with business objectives and delivery timelines

• Supervise and coordinate production staff, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and quality standards

• Monitor machinery and equipment performance while coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity

• Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and manufacturing standards

• Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to meet production goals and customer demands

Requirements:

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with a hands-on management style

• Demonstrated success in supervising teams and consistently achieving production targets

• Solid knowledge of production machinery, manufacturing processes, and industry safety standards, preferably within the foam manufacturing sector

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Production Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in production management, with at least 3 years in a foam manufacturing company (mandatory).
