Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and expert Production Manager to oversee pharmaceutical manufacturing operations at our Sagamu Interchange facility. You will be responsible for ensuring the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products in strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles. This is a critical leadership role that requires a balance of technical oversight, process validation, and team development. Requirements:
Manufacturing Excellence: Direct the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products, ensuring all processes align with GMP principles and company standards.
Operational Leadership: Plan and oversee the recruitment of qualified personnel, manage the procurement of state-of-the-art production equipment, and establish investment budgets to meet volume targets.
Compliance & Safety: Enforce rigorous adherence to GMP, safety, security, and ecological regulations. Ensure a safe and compliant working environment at all times.
Documentation Integrity: Control the correctness and completeness of batch documentation and production records. Conduct periodic reviews of production data entries to guarantee audit readiness.
Process Validation: Initiate and execute process and cleaning validations for all relevant production equipment and processes.
Facility & Equipment Lifecycle: Partner with maintenance and quality teams to support the calibration, qualification, and validation of facility assets and machinery.
Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives to boost productivity, enhance the working environment, and foster a deep sense of responsibility among production personnel toward patient and market needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain strong, professional relationships with subordinates, peer units, and external stakeholders to drive operational success.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field.
