Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and technically elite Production Manager to anchor the manufacturing engine of Buckler Land Systems. In the specialized landscape of automotive engineering where vehicle integrity is a non-negotiable metric success is defined by "Manufacturing Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex assembly lines with the clinical precision required for Process Optimization, Quality Compliance, and Technical Project Leadership. This role is designed for an "Engineering Architect" with 3–5 years of experience and a Mechanical Engineering degree who can blend "Industrial Grit" (managing line throughput and automobile assembly) with the "Strategic Agility" required to reduce costs and implement innovative technical solutions.

Requirements:

1. Technical Orchestration & Oversight Governance

• Process Sovereignty: Oversee and manage all aspects of the production lifecycle with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Manufacturing Efficiency."

• Compliance Architecture: Ensure 100% adherence to technical standards, safety regulations, and industry-specific legislation, providing the "Structural Foundation" for automotive integrity.

• Integrity Stewardship: Continuously evaluate and improve processes to maintain the highest quality standards, ensuring the "Source of Product Excellence" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Project Logic

• Project Sovereignty: Lead technical projects from conception through to successful completion, acting as the primary "Source of Timely Delivery."

• Cost Architecture: Implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs, providing the "Functional Foundation" for budget adherence.

• Optimization Stewardship: Foster an innovative environment by implementing best practices and cutting-edge manufacturing techniques, maintaining the "Source of Competitive Advantage."

3. Leadership Integrity & Analytical Power

• Team Sovereignty: Supervise and mentor production staff to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment, acting as the primary "Source of Human Capital Growth."

• Data Architecture: Prepare and present detailed production reports and data-driven recommendations, providing the "Relational Foundation" for senior management decision-making.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 3–5 years of supervisory expertise and Microsoft Project/Office Suite to manage production challenges in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Operational Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus).

• Experience: 3–5 years in production management with proven line management responsibility.

• Domain Power: MUST have prior automobile experience. Deep knowledge of production technical standards and relevant legislation.

• Software Mastery: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and production management tools.
