Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and detail-oriented Production Assistant / Outlet Attendant to anchor the operational engine of our Alakia facility. In the competitive Ibadan retail and food landscape, success is defined by "Interface Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize elite customer service with the clinical precision required for Order Preparation, Stock Monitoring, and Hygiene Compliance. This role is designed for a "Production Architect" who can blend "Tactical Grit" (cleaning, sanitizing, and material stock-taking) with the "Agility" required to represent the brand professionally during customer interactions.

Requirements:

1. Production Orchestration & Fulfillment Governance

• Order Sovereignty: Prepare customer orders with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Product Quality."

• Hygiene Architecture: Clean and sanitize food preparation areas rigorously, providing the "Structural Foundation" for consumer safety and brand trust.

• Safety Stewardship: Adhere to all company safety and hygiene requirements, ensuring the "Source of Operational Compliance" is elite.

2. Inventory Resilience & Supply Logic

• Stock Sovereignty: Take regular stock of food materials, acting as the primary "Source of Material Accountability."

• Replenishment Architecture: Monitor supply levels and proactively inform supervisors of low stock, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for uninterrupted production.

• Reporting Stewardship: Maintain accurate records of used and available materials, maintaining the "Source of Operational Visibility."

3. Interface Integrity & Professional Power

• Service Sovereignty: Interact politely and professionally with customers, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Hospitality."

• Presentation Architecture: Maintain a neat and presentable appearance at all times, providing the "Visual Foundation" for a professional outlet environment.

• Efficiency Logic: Utilize your Previous Experience to manage time effectively between production tasks and customer service, maximizing the "Source of Outlet Velocity."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Minimum qualification of NCE, OND, or HND.

• Experience: Relevant work experience in a production or retail environment is required.

• Traits: Must be highly responsible, neat, presentable, and reliable.
