Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Lead to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain operations for our team in the Lekki–Ajah axis. You will play a key role in driving cost efficiency while ensuring high quality standards through strategic vendor management and process improvement.

Requirements:

• Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.

• Vendor Management: Source, evaluate, and maintain strong, productive relationships with suppliers.

• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure optimal cost savings.

• Supply Chain Oversight: Oversee purchasing activities, monitor inventory levels, and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.

• Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.

• Analysis & Leadership: Analyze market trends to identify risks and opportunities, while leading and mentoring the procurement team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.

• Skills: Strong negotiation, contract management, analytical, and leadership abilities.

• Technical: Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office tools.

• Location: Candidates must reside in or around the Lekki–Ajah axis.

• Added Advantage: Professional certification (CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent).
