Job Description:

We are seeking a high-performing Premium Banking Officer to drive deposit mobilization and manage a portfolio of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and corporate clients. Based in our Abuja office, you will be the face of our premium banking services, responsible for securing significant liabilities and offering sophisticated financial solutions.

Requirements:

1. Aggressive Deposit Mobilization & Portfolio Growth

• Liability Generation: Actively identify and acquire new high-value deposit accounts to meet and exceed monthly and annual financial targets.

• Portfolio Optimization: Manage and grow an existing portfolio by cross-selling tailored banking products, including fixed deposits, savings structures, and investment vehicles.

• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of Abuja’s competitive landscape, identifying key sectors and individuals for strategic outreach.

2. Business Relationship Management (BRM)

• Client Retention: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with HNWIs, corporate executives, and institutional stakeholders.

• Financial Advisory: Act as a dedicated consultant, providing insights on loans, interest rate trends, and liquidity management to ensure client satisfaction.

• Service Excellence: Deliver "White Glove" service, ensuring all client transactions and inquiries are handled with extreme professional care and speed.

3. Credit & Financial Compliance

• Loan Literacy: Understand and communicate the requirements for credit facilities, ensuring clients are matched with appropriate lending products when necessary.

• Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all deposit mobilization activities comply with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) guidelines, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies, and internal bank protocols.

• Documentation Management: Oversee the end-to-end documentation for new accounts and loan applications to ensure seamless processing.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Banking Experience: Proven experience working within a commercial or microfinance bank, specifically in a marketing or relationship management capacity.

• Core Skills: Deep understanding of Deposit Mobilization processes and financial market dynamics.
