Job Description:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with high-net-worth and premium clients.

• Deliver personalized financial advisory and tailored investment solutions to meet client objectives.

• Acquire new premium clients through referrals, networking, and targeted business development initiatives.

• Monitor and review client portfolios regularly to ensure alignment with financial goals.

• Provide exceptional customer experience by resolving queries promptly and professionally.

• Collaborate with product, risk, and operations teams to enhance and promote premium banking offerings.

• Achieve defined sales, deposit, and revenue growth targets within the premium segment.

• Stay informed on market trends to identify opportunities and proactively address client needs.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in managing high-net-worth or premium clients (preferred).

• Strong sales, negotiation, and business development abilities.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client engagement skills.

• Ability to analyze financial data and deliver customized advisory solutions.

• High ethical standards with strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or relationship management.
