We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are hiring a Portfolio Risk Analyst to monitor, analyze, and improve the performance of our loan and lease portfolios.
• The successful candidate will focus on credit risk analysis, trend monitoring, and collections optimization while providing data-driven insights to management to improve returns and reduce portfolio losses.
• This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in risk management, credit analysis, and portfolio performance reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze loan and lease portfolios to identify credit risk trends, exposure, and growth opportunities

• Monitor key credit risk metrics, including Probability of Default (PD), Loss Given Default (LGD), and Exposure at Default (EAD)

• Track defaults, concentration risk, and stress-test losses across portfolios

• Prepare regular portfolio risk and performance reports for senior management

• Monitor compliance with internal credit and risk management policies

• Oversee the collections team and implement strategies to improve debt recovery rates

• Provide actionable recommendations to strengthen credit quality and risk processes

• Train team members on emerging risk trends, portfolio insights, and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in portfolio risk, credit risk, or collections (financial services preferred)
• Strong understanding of credit risk management and loan portfolios
• Advanced Excel skills and strong reporting ability
• Experience supervising or working closely with collections teams
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
