This role is designed for an "Insight Architect" with 7+ years of experience who understands that research is a tool for systemic change, not just report generation.

Requirements:

1. Agenda Orchestration & Policy Governance

• Research Sovereignty: Lead the organization’s global research and policy agenda with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Credibility."

• Observatory Architecture: Build and manage the flagship Observatory platform, providing the "Structural Foundation" for real-time sector insights and data-driven tools.

• Translation Stewardship: Turn complex evidence into clear, usable policy recommendations, ensuring the "Source of Advocacy Direction" is elite and practical.

2. Tactical Resilience & Stakeholder Logic

• Engagement Sovereignty: Manage relationships with regulators, media actors, and policy stakeholders, acting as the primary "Source of Strategic Influence."

• Convening Architecture: Lead communities of practice and policy dialogues, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for turning conversations into collective action.

• Funding Stewardship: Support partnerships and resource mobilization linked to research work, maintaining the "Source of Sustainable Impact."

3. Leadership Integrity & Performance Power

• Team Sovereignty: Lead and mentor a growing team of researchers and consultants, acting as the primary "Source of Professional Excellence."

• Digital Architecture: Work with tech teams to transform research into accessible digital platforms, providing the "Visual Foundation" for public engagement.

• Execution Logic: Utilize 7+ years of policy and advocacy expertise to ensure research doesn't "sit on shelves," maximizing the "Source of Sectoral Change."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: 7+ years in research, policy, advocacy, or related fields with a proven track record of influencing systems.

• Education: BA/BSc in a relevant field; an Advanced Degree (MA/MSc/MBA) is a high-value strategic advantage.

• Domain Mastery: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear, usable, and practical frameworks.
