Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and organized Pharmacy Assistant to support our pharmacy team. In this role, you will work directly under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist to ensure the pharmacy remains well-stocked, clean, and efficient. You are the operational backbone of the facility handling inventory, organizing product displays, and assisting customers with non-prescription inquiries, all while maintaining the highest standards of safety and confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Operational Support: Assist the pharmacist in organizing medications and preparing products for the floor. Ensure all items are accurately labeled, shelved, and stored according to pharmaceutical guidelines.

• Inventory Stewardship: Maintain rigorous control over stock levels. You will be responsible for monitoring expiration dates, performing regular physical stock counts, and inputting new arrivals into our tracking systems.

• Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for non-prescription inquiries. Provide basic product information to customers and escalate all medical advice or prescription-related questions immediately to the supervising pharmacist.

• Compliance & Hygiene: Uphold strict cleanliness standards within the pharmacy workspace. Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and patient confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of an OND certificate.

• Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in a pharmacy setting.

• Location: Candidates residing in Ogba, Agege, Ikeja, and surrounding areas are strongly preferred for proximity.
