Job Description:
- The Personal Assistant – Ministerial & Official Duties serves as a senior-level operational and ministerial support professional within the Office of the Apostle/Director.
- This is not an entry-level assistant role, but a high-trust, high-capacity position requiring strategic coordination, ministerial intelligence, administrative excellence, and exceptional discretion.
- The role exists to ensure that all official, ministerial, and project-related responsibilities connected to the Apostle/Director’s Office are executed with precision, professionalism, and alignment to the global vision of the ministry.
- The Personal Assistant operates under the leadership of the Executive Assistant and plays a key role in facilitating seamless communication, project execution, stakeholder coordination, and ministerial logistics across nations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and coordinate official and ministerial assignments from the Director’s Office
- Support global ministry initiatives, apostolic engagements, and leadership programs
- Maintain operational excellence in communication, documentation, and follow-through
- Ensure structured coordination between ministry arms and executive leadership
- Safeguard confidentiality and spiritual integrity in all matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, International Relations, Theology, or related field (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
- Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience in executive support, ministry administration, or high-
- level organizational coordination.
- Experience working within a Christian ministry or faith-based organization is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules, global communications, and multi-stakeholder
- environments.
