About Company:

J3 is an FMCG distributor. We have been in existence for over 8 years. J3 has branches in several locations: Lagos, Ibadan, Ogun, Ondo, and Osun states.

Job Description:

• Receive and process customer orders from sales teams, online platforms, or walk-in requests
• Verify order details including quantities, pricing, and delivery information
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages or discrepancies
• Prepare and manage documentation such as invoices, waybills, and delivery notes
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
• Resolve order-related issues such as delays, wrong deliveries, or damaged goods
• Maintain accurate records of all orders processed and fulfilled
• Communicate order status updates to relevant stakeholders (sales team, customers, management)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
