Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to join our team in Ikoyi, Lagos. In this full-time leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s daily operational activities. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless workflows, drive high-quality execution across all departments, and implement strategies to boost overall productivity and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Operational Oversight: Coordinate daily business operations to ensure efficiency and timely task execution.

• Team Leadership: Manage staff scheduling, task delegation, team coordination, and performance monitoring to maintain high standards.

• Inventory & Vendor Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage relationships with vendors, and ensure all operational demands are met consistently.

• Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed operational reports, track key performance metrics (KPIs), and identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure the workplace adheres to all hygiene, safety, and operational standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Experience: 4–6 years of professional experience in operations management, administrative management, or a similar role.

• Skills: Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong background in operational planning, reporting, and inventory control.

• Soft Skills: Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced business environment.
