Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Operations Manager to anchor the production engine of our organization. In a specialized remote landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the delivery and the precision of the workflow success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize end-to-end production with the clinical precision required for Scheduling, Resource Optimization, and Performance Accountability. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect", specifically a leader with at least 2 years of experience who can blend "Systems Grit" (identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions) with the "Strategic Agility" required to manage US-based or global remote teams.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Production Governance

  • Sovereignty of the Schedule: Develop and execute production schedules with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Delivery Certainty."

  • Workflow Architecture: Oversee end-to-end activities to ensure smooth daily operations, providing the "Structural Foundation" for elite service levels.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Implement and maintain quality control procedures, ensuring the "Source of Client Satisfaction" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Leadership Logic

  • Personnel Sovereignty: Lead and coordinate production staff to ensure maximum accountability, acting as the primary "Source of Team Productivity."

  • Performance Architecture: Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews, providing the "Functional Foundation" for a high-ownership culture.

  • Cycle Stewardship: Monitor turnaround times and implement immediate corrective actions, maintaining the "Source of Operational Continuity."

3. Operational Integrity & Efficiency Power

  • Optimization Sovereignty: Analyze productivity trends to introduce tools that reduce waste, acting as the primary "Source of Continuous Improvement."

  • Resource Architecture: Optimize the allocation of manpower, tools, and materials, providing the "Relational Foundation" for cost-effective execution.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize advanced reporting and analytical tools to accelerate the "Planning-to-Delivery" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Organizational Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or Business Administration is an advantage.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Production/Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role.

  • Technical Power: Proficiency with Spreadsheets, Reporting Tools, and Production Management Systems.

  • Remote Power: Experience managing US-based or remote teams (added advantage).

  • Infrastructure: Reliable laptop, stable internet, and consistent power supply.
