Job Description:

Are you a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving operational excellence? We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to join our team in Ado-Ekiti. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments such as Sales, Production, Retail, Inventory, and Communications. If you are an expert at tracking KPIs, streamlining supply chains, and fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency, we invite you to lead our operational growth and market expansion efforts.

Requirements:

  • Operational Oversight: Lead weekly operations meetings and KPI review sessions to monitor departmental performance and drive continuous improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between Sales, Production, Retail, Inventory, and internal support teams (RAFI/Communications) to ensure operational synergy.

  • Data-Driven Leadership: Develop and maintain performance dashboards for leadership, tracking departmental KPIs and providing actionable insights.

  • Process Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to enhance productivity and reduce overhead.

  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee end-to-end logistics, manage critical vendor relationships, and ensure robust supply chain coordination.

  • Growth Support: Play a key role in new product rollouts and regional market expansion initiatives.

  • Efficiency Advocacy: Champion a culture of zero-waste practices, operational accountability, and process discipline across all business units.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Proven professional experience in operations management, project coordination, or business administration.

  • Skill Set: Exceptional organizational, communication, and complex problem-solving abilities.

  • Operational Acumen: Demonstrated success in managing multiple teams, tight timelines, and competing priorities.
